Holistic Rheumatology Care in Los Angeles

Accepting new patients

When you’re suffering from pain we are here to help.

What is Direct Care Rheumatology

Direct care is a model which offers more immediate and personalized access to your doctor.

Did you know that in today’s office practice environment, the average amount of time a rheumatologist spends during a visit is 16 minutes? 75% of this time is spent on understanding your symptoms, examining you, and reviewing test results. This leaves only 4 minutes to formulate an assessment, come up with your plan, answer questions, and provide patient education.

Our program offers you a much deserved change.

Under a direct care model, more than 90% of our time can be spent formulating a holistic plan to treat painful, debilitating inflammatory diseases, answering your questions, providing education and beyond. We can work together to focus on preventative care in a setting that is unhurried, positive, and stress-free. This level of service we look forward to providing to a small group of health-minded people; we will have a deeper understanding of your health, so that we can be your best advocate.

It’s easy to start your journey with us

Step 1 - Comprehensive Initial Consultation

This Comprehensive Initial Consultation is designed to provide a thoughtful and thorough starting point for your care. Whether you're seeking clarity on a diagnosis, a second opinion, or expert guidance on managing a rheumatologic condition, this in-depth visit lays a strong foundation for your treatment journey.

  • A detailed review of your medical history, including past medical records and test results prior to the appointment

  • A comprehensive history and complete physical exam

  • Development of a tailored action plan after the visit

  • Coordination of care with other physicians on your behalf

  • 15 day support window

Step 2 - Determine Follow Up Plan

Following your consultation, we will define the most appropriate path forward for your care.

Some patients require only occasional follow-up visits, while others benefit from ongoing, coordinated management.

If ongoing care is needed, we will discuss whether our membership model is the right fit for you and outline next steps.
